MATHA ANDERSON is Gary's Licensed Assistant. Matha graduated with honors from Greensboro College and worked in commercial lending, advertising and credit management prior to relocating to Knoxville with her husband in 1984. She has been working in Real Estate since 1987. She oversees daily office operations and is available to answer your calls and give personal and direct response your immediate concerns.
Matha sends out showing feedback reports weekly to all current listings, creates and coordinates Gary's marketing efforts, and helps maintain the high level of communication that Gary and his clients deserve and expect. When your home is under contract, Matha will handle the transaction details until it closes. She will coordinate inspections, check on loan status, set up closing dates and times and will be available to answer any questions that may arise.
